WICHITA POLICE DEPARTMENT

On August 4, 2012 the Wichita Police Department worked a homicide case that occurred in the 800 block of S. Erie. The victim, Pheng Xiong, was found deceased inside the residence as a result of having his throat cut. Rathanak Chea has been charged with First Degree Murder in reference to this case. Investigators believe he has left Wichita and need the public’s help in locating him.

This subject being featured on the Crime Stoppers Warrant Project for the month of May. There is a billboard of all wanted subjects at Kellogg and Washington and the poster is available to view all subjects on social media.
