Earlier Tuesday, Crime Stoppers of Wichita/Sedgwick County announced that it is offering its maximum reward – $2,500 – for a tip that leads to an arrest in the attack at Fairmount Park that critically injured the 36-year-old woman.
Police have asked that anyone with information about the case call Crime Stoppers, 316-267-2111, or 911.
Loretta Thomas describes her ten year old Dalmatian, Storm, as a sweet, lovable dog. But in Loretta's Fox Ridge neighborhood someone made Storm their target.
